- Download the app: Available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store
- Create your profile: Enter your birth date to get personalized horoscopes
- Enable notifications: Get daily horoscope reminders
Subscription & Billing
How do I subscribe to premium?
- Open the Horrorscopes app
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Get Premium" and choose your plan
- Complete the purchase through your app store
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Horrorscopes → Cancel
- Android: Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Horrorscopes → Cancel
How do I restore my purchases?
- Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Your premium access will be restored if you have an active subscription
Billing issues?
All billing is handled by Apple or Google. For refunds or billing disputes, contact them directly through your app store.
Technical Issues
App won't load or crashes
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Update to the latest app version
- If issues persist, contact us below
Notifications not working
- Check your device notification settings
- Make sure Horrorscopes notifications are enabled
- Try toggling notifications off and on in the app settings
Content not updating
- Pull down to refresh on the main screen
- Check your internet connection
- Try logging out and back in
Privacy & Data
What data do you collect?
We collect minimal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your birth date stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
How do I delete my data?
Simply delete the app from your device. Since we don't store personal data on our servers, this removes all your information.
